revive physiotherapy are recognised by all the main health insurance companies – please ensure that you contact your health insurance provider prior to your first appointment, and attain an authorisation number for the treatment you will receive. Also please be aware that your policy may have an excess that you have to pay.

Card facilities are available at revive physiotherapy.

Payment can be made by cash, cheque with appropriate guarantee card, and credit or debit card.

All treatment must be paid for at the end of the treatment session.
